A full dry run on the Navan test routes, marked the way a tester marks it — so you find out where you stand before you pay for a test slot.
It runs like the real thing. You are asked the pre-drive questions, you do the technical checks, you drive a Navan test route with the manoeuvres included, and you get no coaching while it is happening. That last part is the point. A lesson where the instructor helps you through a junction tells you very little about whether you can do it alone.
Afterwards it gets marked and talked through: what would have been a fault, what would have been graded seriously, and what was fine. Students who did mock tests with Enoch mention them in their reviews — one describes doing two of them alongside the twelve EDT lessons before passing first time.
Far enough before your test that there is time to fix what it finds — usually two or three weeks out, not the day before. If a mock test tells you nothing needs fixing, you have bought certainty cheaply. If it finds three recurring faults, you have just saved yourself a failed test and another wait for a slot.
